热工水力试验台架是发展核电技术的关键科研平台,其安全性关系到研发企业及整个社会的稳定。首先,文章总结了当前热工水力试验项目安全管理存在的问题,之后,使用4M1E法分析了产生问题的根本原因,最后,根据试验工作安全管理的特殊性和企业实际情况,提出了以下措施:完善试验安全体系、加强制度落实、优化关键过程安全管理、提升人员的安全意识和应急处置能力、加强智能化安全管理平台建设、重视试验异常数据的分析,以提升试验安全管理的整体水平。
Problems and Suggestions for Safety Management of Thermal Hydraulic Tests
As an indispensable scientific research platform for the development of nuclear power technology,the safety of the thermal hydraulic test stand is related to the stability of the research and development enterprises and even the whole society.First,the current problems existing in the safety management of the thermal hydraulic test project are summarized.After that,the causes of the problems are analyzed by applying the 4M1E method.Finally,according to the particularity of safety management of test work and the actual situation of the enterprise,it puts forward measures to improve the test safety system,increase the implementation of the system,optimize the safety management of the key process,enhance personnel safety awareness and emergency handling capability,strengthen the construction of intelligent safety management platform,and pay attention to the analysis of abnormal test data,so as to strengthen the overall level of test safety management.
