摘要
以山西兰花科创新材料分公司环己酮装置为例,分析了氮化合物对苯加氢催化剂的影响,苯加氢反应中氮化合物的主要来源以及处理方法;指出,氮化合物使苯加氢催化剂中毒不是永久失活的,而是可逆的.
Abstract
Taking cyclohexanone unit of advanced materials branch of Shanxi Lanhua Sci-tech Venture Co.,Ltd.as an example,the influence of nitrogen compounds on benzene hydrogenation catalysts are analyzed.The sources of nitrogen compounds and the disposal methods are explained.It is indicated that the benzene hydrogenation catalyst poisoning cause by nitrogen compound is re-versable.
