某山区深厚填土强夯地基质量事故原因浅析

近些年以来,出于土地综合利用及环保要求,一些厂矿企业多选在山区建设,对拟建区原始地形采取整平处理就会形成深厚填土强夯地基.强夯地基具有施工工期短、投资少等优点,因此得到了广泛应用.由于山区深厚填土地基性质的复杂性,经常出现一些施工质量问题,使得建(构)筑物出现不均匀沉降变形、建筑物墙体开裂、场地地面下沉等,严重者影响建(构)筑物的正常使用和安全,其原因是多方面的.本文以某工程为例浅析山区深厚填土强夯地基处理质量事故的原因,以期对以后类似工程有所借鉴.
Analysis of the causes of quality accidents in deep filling soil and dynamic compaction foundation in a mountainous area
In recent years,due to the requirements of comprehensive utilization of land and environmental protection,some factories and mining enterprises mostly select the mountainous areas as the construction land,and the original terrain of the proposed area will be transform into a deep land filling base by flat treatment.Dynamic compaction foundation has the advantages of short construction period and less investment,so it has been widely used.Due to the complexity of properties of the foundation with deep filling soil in mountainous areas,some construction quality problems often occur,which makes the building appear uneven settlement deformation,building wall cracking,and the subsidence of the site ground,etc.,serious cases will affect the normal use and safety of the building,the reasons for this are manifold.This paper takes a project as an example to analyze the causes of quality accident of dynamic compaction foundation treatment in mountainous areas,so as to provide reference for later similar projects in the future.
