内蒙古上海庙矿区某井田煤质特征及煤化工利用方向

为了实现上海庙矿区某井田煤炭资源的清洁高效利用,基于煤炭勘查工作煤质化验数据,分析了井田主可采煤层的煤岩煤质特征,划分了煤炭洁净等级,探讨了气化用煤、液化用煤、炼焦用煤等利用途径.研究结果表明:井田可采煤层为中等变质的气煤,具有低水分、高挥发分、低灰-中灰、中-高硫、低磷-中磷、特低氯-低氯,中黏结,高热稳定性,较高软化温度,易磨-较难磨,中高发热量特征.井田原煤洁净程度较差,为较差洁净煤-中等洁净煤,浮煤洁净煤等级为较差洁净煤-较好洁净煤,煤清洁利用的主要不利因素是较高的煤灰分产率和硫含量.1 号、3-1 号煤符合炼焦配煤二级指标,其余各可采煤层浮选后可作为炼焦配煤.各可采煤层煤质特征不符合直接液化、固定床气化、流化床气化、水煤浆气流床气化、干煤粉气流床气化用煤要求.
Coal characteristics and coal chemical utilization direction of a well field in Shanghaimiao mining area,Inner Mongolia
In order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in a well field in Shanghaimiao mining area,based on the coal quality testing data of coal exploration work,the coal quality characteristics of the main mineable coal seams in the well field are analyzed,the coal cleanliness level is divided,and the utilization methods of coal for gasification,liquefaction and coking are discussed.The results show that the mineable coal seams in the well field are a kind of moderately metamorphic gas coal,which has the characteristics of low moisture,high volatile,low~medium ash,medium~high sulfur,low~medium phosphorus,extra low~low chlorine,medium bonding,high thermal stability,high softening temperature,easy~difficult grinding,medium and high calorific value.The cleanliness of the raw coal in the well field is poor,which is poor-medium clean coal,and the clean coal grade of floating coal is poor-good clean coal,and the main unfavorable factors for clean coal utilization are high coal ash yield and sulfur content.No.1 and No.3-1 coal meet the second-level index of coal blending for coking,the rest can be used as coal blending for coking after flotation.The coal quality characteristics of each coal seam do not meet the coal requirements for direct liquefaction,fixed bed gasification,fluidized bed gasification,coal water slurry gasification in entrained-flow gasifier,and dry feed entrained flow bed gasifier.
