电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定多目标地质样品中银

电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定银时,存在Zr、Nb干扰影响测定结果准确性的情况,本文采用王水水浴分解多目标地质样品,选择 107Ag作为分析同位素、选择 185Re与 103Rh做双内标元素、确定 300倍稀释倍数、最终采取离线校正的方式解决Zr和Nb对于结果的影响.通过分析土壤、水系沉积物系列国家标准物质,得出方法检出限为 0.00675μg/g,测定下限为 0.027μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 3.37%~4.33%,检出限与精密度都达到多目标地质样品测试标准.该方法简洁有效,适合大批量样品的连续测定.
Determination of silver in multi-target geological samples by ICP-MS
In view of the Zr,Nb interference and effect on the accuracy of the measurement results in the determina-tion of silver by ICP-MS.In this paper,Aqua Regia in Water Bath digestion method is used to decompose multi-target geological samples,107Ag is selected as the isotope,185Re and 103Rh are selected as double internal standard elements,dilution ratio of 300 times is determined,and the effects of Zr and Nb on the results are solved by offl-ine correction method.By analyzing the national standard materials of soil and stream sediment series,the detection limit of the method is 0.00675μg/g,the lower limit of measurement is 0.027μg/g,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 3.37%~4.33%,and the detection limit and precision reach the test standard of multi-target geological samples.The method is simple and effective and suitable for continuous determination of large quantities of samples.
