In-situ test and Numerical Simulation Study on Bearing Characteristics of Drilling with PHC Pipe Cased Pile under Static Pressure in Special Stratum of Nanning Basin
Drilling with Prestressed High Strength Concrete Pipe Cased Pile(short for DPC pile)is a new type of large diameter non-extruded soil PHC(Prestressed High Strength Concrete)pile without mud discharge, which is a kind of energy-saving and environmentally friendly pile with synchronized drilling-sinking-discharging process. In order to investigate the adaptability and bearing characteristics of DPC pile in the special stratum of Nanning Basin, the in-situ test and numerical simulation were carried out to analyze the advantages of the bearing performance, the distribution characteristics of the side friction resistance of piles, and the load transmission characteristics of this new type of pile. The conclusions are as follows:in the in-situ static load test, the load-settlement curves of the test piles shows a slow-variation type, and the bearing performance meets the design requirements, and the rebound rate of the pile body is relatively high,so that the test piles still has great bearing potential, the axial force of the pile body shows a linear decrease along the pile body, and the load at the end of the pile accounted for about 20%-30%of the pile top load, while the side friction resistance of piles shares 70%-80%of the top load, the distribution of the side friction resistance along the depth of the pile body shows the law of small at both ends and large in the middle. With the increase of load, the side friction resistance of piles gradually moves downward. It can be seen that this pile type has good adaptability in the special stratum of Nanning Basin.
