Extraction of flavonoids components from orange peel by ionic liquid-assisted microwave method
The extraction of flavonoids from orange peel by ionic liquid assisted microwave was optimized to provide a basis for further extraction of flavonoids in orange peel. The ionic liquid was added to the extraction solvent to extract the flavonoids in the orange peel. The type, concentration, total volume of extraction solvent and mass ratio of medicinal materials, microwave time and microwave temperature were changed in turn. The extraction rate of total flavonoids was selected as the index, and the optimal extraction process was optimized based on the optimal single factor conditions and response surface model. The content of naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin was detected by HPLC and the change pattern of flavonoids in orange peel by different extraction methods were explored. The optimal extraction conditions is microwave power 400 W,m(raw material)∶V(extract liquid)=20 g/mL,V(ethanol)∶V(ionic liquid)=12,temperature 50 ℃,the extraction ratio under the optimal process was 0.196 501%.Comparing the content of main components in flavonoids using traditional methods and ionic liquid methods, the latter has a higher extraction rate.
