聚乙烯醇膜在低w(乙醇)溶液中的渗透汽化性能

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)膜为研究对象,通过改变w(乙醇)、温度和膜后真空度等条件,考察其在低w(乙醇)(w<5%)溶液中的渗透汽化行为。结果表明,渗透通量随着w(乙醇)增大而上升,分离因子呈下降趋势,出现临界值w(乙醇)=3%;渗透通量随着温度增加呈上升趋势,分离因子呈下降趋势,出现临界值t=50 ℃;渗透通量随着膜后真空度增加呈上升趋势,分离因子呈下降趋势。得出的结论对PVA膜的渗透和汽化行为具有一定的指导作用。
Pervaporation performance of polyvinyl alcohol membrane in low w(ethanol)solution
The pervaporation behavior of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)membrane in low w(ethanol)(w<5%)solution was investigated by changing the conditions of w(ethanol),temperature,and post membrane vacuum degree.The experimental results show that the permeation flux increases with the increase of w(ethanol),while the separation factor shows a downward trend,reaching a critical value of 3%.The permeation flux shows an increasing trend with the increase of temperature,while the separation factor shows a decreasing trend,reaching a critical value of 50 ℃.The permeation flux shows an increasing trend with the increase of vacuum degree after the membrane,while the separation factor shows a decreasing trend.The conclusions have a certain guiding effect on the permeation and vaporization behavior of PVA membranes.
