ZIF-L(Co)@P84衍生炭的制备及染料吸附性能

以ZIF-L(Co)为晶体,聚酰亚胺P84为聚合物,不同的炭化温度为变量,制备了基于ZIF-L(Co)掺杂 P84[ZIF-L(Co)@P84]的衍生炭材料。通过 SEM、FTIR、XRD、TGA 等对 ZIF-L(Co)@P84衍生炭进行表征,并进行染料吸附测试。结果表明,吸附时间为8 h,炭化温度为650 ℃的ZIF-L(Co)@P84衍生炭吸附效果最佳,该材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附率为94。269%,对甲基橙的吸附率为64。629%,表现出良好的吸附性能,并对亚甲基蓝具有一定的吸附选择性。
Preparation and dye adsorption of ZIF-L(Co)@P84-derived carbon materials
ZIF-L(Co)crystals were used as the template,and polyimide P84 was employed as the polymer to prepare the derived carbon materials based on ZIF-L(Co)doped P84(ZIF-L(Co)@P84)with different carbonization temperatures as variables.The ZIF-L(Co)@P84 derived carbon materials were characterized using SEM,FTIR,XRD,TGA,and dye adsorption tests were conducted.The results showed that the ZIF-L(Co)@P84 derived carbon material carbonized at 650 ℃ exhibited the best adsorption performance when the adsorption time was 8 hours.It achieved a dye adsorption rate of 94.269%for methylene blue and 64.629%for methyl orange,demonstrating excellent adsorption performance and certain selectivity towards methylene blue.
