摘要

以提取液中栀子苷含量及干膏率作为考察指标,在单因素试验基础上采用直接回流提取法、多指标综合评分法结合Box-Behnken响应面法考察了乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比3个因素对提取工艺的影响.结果表明,制剂的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度75%,提取时间120 min,料液比17倍,栀子苷平均含量为3.17%,平均干膏率为11.33%,综合评分平均值为98.30(n=3,RSD=0.18%).该工艺合理可行,有效成分提取率高,适合大规模生产.

Abstract

The content of geniposide in the extract and the dry paste rate were used as the investigation indexes.On the basis of single factor experiment,the direct reflux extraction method was used,and the multi-index comprehensive scoring method combined with Box-Behnken response surface method was used to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,extraction time and solvent doubling on the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was 75%ethanol,120 min extraction time and 17 times solvent doubling.The process is reasonable and feasible,and the extraction rate of active components is high.It is suitable for large-scale production and provides a scientific basis for industrial production.
