摘要

生产燃料乙醇的淀粉质原料受储存周期及运输半径等因素的影响,不同种类原料的价格会因时因地出现较大差别.由于原料在燃料乙醇生产综合成本中占比较大,动态优化原料种类及比例、实时降低综合生产成本的混合原料发酵技术,自然受到了乙醇行业及其科研机构的广泛关注.混合原料发酵技术不仅有助于燃料乙醇行业的良性发展,还可以消化"问题粮",为原料区域平衡和国储定期轮换提供蓄水池.

Abstract

The price of different kinds of starchy raw materials to produce fuel ethanol varies greatly due to the factor of the storage cycle and the transportation radius.Because of the raw material accounts for a relatively large proportion of the total cost of fuel ethanol,the technology about dynamic optimization of the different kinds or proportion of the raw materials were widely concerned by the fuel ethanol industry and its research instituties.The research progress of mixed raw materials fermentation could not only contribute to the development of the fuel ethanol industry,but also digest the"problem"grain,provide reservoir for the regional balance of raw materials and the regular rotation of the state reserve.
