脱硫石膏制备硬石膏粉体试验研究

以脱硫石膏为原料、硫酸为助剂,开展了在低温常压条件下制备硬石膏粉体的工艺试验。通过单因素试验确定硬石膏粉体制备的优化工艺条件,考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、反应温度和反应时间对所得产物物相的影响,并探讨了滤液的循环利用。结果表明:在不添加任何晶型控制剂的情况下,在硫酸浓度8。5 mol/L、液固比10∶1、反应温度30℃、反应时间60 min的条件下,可制得长柱状硬石膏粉体;通过添加碳酸钙,成功实现了滤液中硫酸根的回收利用。研究成果为脱硫石膏的高值化利用提供了新的技术路径。
Experimental study on preparation of anhydrite powder from desulfurized gypsum
Process test on the preparation of anhydrite powder at low temperature and normal pressure was carried out with desulfurized gypsum as raw material and sulfuric acid as additive.The optimum process conditions for the preparation of anhydrite powder were determined by single factor test.The effects of different sulfuric acid concentra-tion,liquid-solid ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the phase of the obtained product were investigated,and the recycling of the filtrate was discussed.The results show that long columnar anhydrite powder can be prepared under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 8.5 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1,reaction temperature of 30℃and reaction time of 60 min without adding any crystal form control agent.By adding calcium carbonate,the recy-cling of sulfate in the filtrate was successfully achieved.The research results provide the new technical path for the high-value utilization of desulfurization gypsum.
