Cyclohexane heat exchanger is one of the important equipment for refining and purifying cyclohexane,and is also an important part of the cyclohexanone synthesis unit,which provides raw materials for the synthesis of cyclohexanone.In this paper,the cyclohexane heat exchanger is designed and optimized based on the design and verification model of HTRI,and the main optimization parameters of the heat exchanger are analyzed to achieve better design and optimization of the heat exchanger.The results show that the optimization design based on HTRI can design and propose various design schemes according to the process requirements,which is more conducive to the optimization design of cyclohexane heat exchanger in combination with the actual situation.
