摘要
当前我国埋地管道的需求与日俱增,针对埋地管道输送介质种类繁多、情况复杂、易受侵蚀的现象,特对可用于管道防腐的中密度刚性喷涂聚脲材料进行了制备和研究,并按照BS EN 15655 和BS EN 15189 相关测试方法对其耐冲击性能、耐腐蚀性能、电绝缘性、耐磨性、抗椭圆性、光致老化性能等相关性能进行了测试和表征.试验结果表明:100 cm×5 kg冲击作用下涂层无损坏、无漏点;耐水、酸、碱、盐介质后质量变化率低于 2%;0.1 M氯化钠溶液浸泡 100 天后绝缘电阻≥2.1×1011 Ω·m2;在DN 200 管段水平倾斜测试 50 000 个周期后,涂膜磨损深度平均值仅为 0.071 mm;管段在大气中暴露 6 个月后,涂层无起泡、裂纹、脱落,附着力高达 23.52 MPa.中密度刚性聚脲在埋地管道应用方面表现优异,具有高硬度、高强度、高耐磨、高耐冲,有一定伸长率,与基材有良好的附着力,还有优异的耐化学介质性、耐盐雾性、电绝缘性、抗椭圆性和抗光致老化性.
Abstract
The demand for buried pipelines in China is increasing day by day.In response to the phenomenon of multiple types of media,complex situations,and susceptibility to erosion,we have studied a medium density rigid polyurea that can be used for pipeline anti-corrosion.And according to the relevant testing methods of BS EN 15655 and BS EN 15189,its impact resistance,corrosion resistance,electrical insulation,wear resistance,elliptical resistance,photo induced aging performance and other related properties were tested and characterized.The test results show that there is no damage or leakage point to the coating under the impact of 100 cm×5 kg;The mass change rate after being resistant to water,acid,alkali,and salt media is less than 2%;After soaking in 0.1 M sodium chloride solution for 100 days,the insulation resistance is≥2.1×1011 Ω·m2;After 50 000 cycles of horizontal tilt testing on DN 200 pipe sections,the average wear depth of the coating film was only 0.071 mm;After 6 months of exposure to the atmosphere,the coating of the pipe section showed no blistering,cracking,or detachment,and the adhesion was as high as 23.52 MPa.It performs well in buried pipeline applications,with high hardness,strength,elongation,and adhesion,as well as excellent wear resistance,impact resistance,chemical medium resistance,salt spray resistance,electrical insulation,elliptical resistance,and photo induced aging resistance.
