It is self-evident that the safety of the sea-gas landing pipeline, which is the only channel for the export of offshore gas fields,is of great importance to the stable operation of offshore gas fields. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the sea-gas landing pipeline, formulating a targeted emergency response plan in advance can not only minimize the scope and extent of the accident, but also improve the pipeline integrity management and minimize the potential safety hazards of pipeline operation.Based on the market demand along a certain sea-gas landing pipeline of CNOOC,with the help of hydraulic simulation software(SPS),the multi-scenario accident analysis is carried out on the typical gas demand conditions of the sea-gas landing pipeline, and the impact scope and duration of the pipeline accident are predicted in advance. The impact time can provide reference for pipeline operators to formulate targeted emergency plans. The analysis shows that the gas demand of other users will not be affected when the transmission and maintenance of the important stations are stopped, except that the users of the corresponding stations cannot supply gas due to the shutdown and maintenance of the station;the leakage and rupture of pipelines in the area are mainly concerned. The gas supply affects the users between the pipe sections of the cut-off valve, and the degree of pressure fluctuation of the downstream users of the pipeline is closely related to the gas supply pressure and gas supply volume of the"interconnected"pipe network;the gas source is interrupted, and the response time of some users'gas accident is 15-20 hours,it is recommended to interrupt some users of the power plant to ensure the safety of other users.
