National standard GB/T 151-2014 specify the calculation of double tube sheet heat exchanger needs tube sheet mean mental temperature.But the calculation method of tube sheet mean temperature has not been given in the standard.Use FLUENT software to study the heat transfer characteristics in tubesheet and its adjacent fluid region of double tube sheet heat exchanger.Based on the heat transfer theoretical model,paper summarizes all the simulation results in different fluid and velocity of heat exchanger.In addition,paper gives the calculation method and simple formula for mean metal temperature of tube sheet in double tube sheet heat exchanger.The results of research can be used for the design of double tube sheet heat exchanger and applicable to engineering application.
