摘要

低氮燃烧器采用提高喷速、回流烟气、扩大火焰面等弱化燃烧的措施,达到降低NOx产生的目的.但在低温环境运行时,存在燃料无法完全燃烧、火焰稳定性差、排烟中CO含量偏高的问题.针对以上问题,提出了增设中心枪局部强化燃烧的方法,设计了 2.8 MW的低CO燃烧器,在试验加热炉上开展了燃烧性能试验.性能试验表明,炉膛温度低于 700℃时,低CO燃烧器中心枪燃料占比为25%~35%,NOx和CO含量才能满足相关标准及规定要求.选取了中心枪燃料占比 30%的低CO燃烧器进行了燃烧效果试验,试验结果表明,炉膛温度为 530~700℃时,低CO燃烧器有效解决了低氮燃烧器在炉低温环境下出现的问题,在满足国家排放标准的前提下,大幅降低了排烟中的CO含量,提升了燃烧火焰的稳定性,能够满足工业现场的使用要求.

Abstract

Low nitrogen burners adopt measures to reduce NOx production by increasing the injection rate,returning flue gas and expanding the flame surface.However,when operating in a low temperature environment,the fuel cannot be completely burned,resulting in poor combustion flame stability and high CO content in exhaust smoke.In view of the above problems,the method of adding a central gun to locally strengthen the combustion is put forward,a 2.8 MW low CO burner is designed,and the combustion performance test of the low CO burner is carried out on the experimental furnace.The performance test shows that when the furnace temperature is lower than 700℃,in order to make the NOx and CO content meet the relevant standards and requirements,the fuel ratio of the central gun of the low CO burner should be 25%-35%.The low CO burner with 30%central gun fuel was selected for the effect test.The test results show that when the furnace temperature is 530-700℃,the low CO burner effectively solves the problems of the low nitrogen burner in the low temperature environment of the furnace,meets the national emission standards,greatly reduces the CO content in the exhaust smoke,improves the stability of the combustion flame,and can meet the use requirements of the industrial site.
