摘要

基于某型泵用现有可调联轴器护罩结构,对其落球冲击理论进行了简要分析并优化了其结构.通过物理冲击对比测试,定性给出了结构优化前后可调护罩刚性的好坏,同时修正了冲击安全符合性判定方法.基于LS-DYNA建立了可调护罩的有限元模型,以改进前结构为主要阐述,实现了结构优化前后的落球冲击数值仿真,得出了不同结构的冲击应力云图,相同节点集的冲击变形及最大瞬态变形,并对结果进行了量化分析.分析得出,优化后的结构具有更好的刚性及更高的安全性.

Abstract

Based on the existing structure of adjustable coupling guard,the theory of falling ball impact is briefly analyzed and its structure is optimized.The stiffness of the adjustable coupling guard before and after the structural optimization is qualitatively given through the physical ball impact comparison tests,and the evaluation method of impact safety conformity is modified also.Based on LS-DYNA,the finite element model of the adjustable guard was established,and the numerical simulation of steel ball impact before and after the structural optimization was realized.The impact stress cloud map of different structures,impact deformation and maximum transient deformation of the same node set were obtained,and the results were analyzed quantitatively.The results show that the optimized structure has better rigidity and higher security.
