摘要

随着我国石油石化行业的大规模化,循环水、消防水等公用工程用水量、扬程均有提高,水锤由于各方面原因时有发生.文章通过对停泵水锤压力计算、某项目试车离心泵启停水锤的发生、原因及解决方法进行分析,指导水系统的工程设计,并从操作层面对离心泵试车启停过程的方案进行了优化,有效地规避了水锤现象的出现.

Abstract

With the large-scale development of China's petroleum and petrochemical industry,the water consumption and head of public works such as circulating water and fire water are increased,and water hammer occurs from time to time due to various reasons.In this paper,through the calculation of the pressure of the water hammer when stopping the pump and the analysis of the occurrence,causes and solutions of the water hammer when starting and stopping the centrifugal pump in the test run of a project,the engineering design of the water system is guided,and the scheme of the start and stop process of the centrifugal pump test run is optimized from the operation level,so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of the water hammer phenomenon.
