摘要

对大口径方锥体形风道的设计结构进行了改进,提出对于长宽比例较大的风道应将导向板与外部加固肋的设计进行综合考虑,借助导向板将单一风道分隔成多腔体,使导向板承担导流和拉力载荷的双功能,这样设计可以大幅度减小外部加固肋和风道壁板的规格.利用Solidworks软件建立优化前和优化后的结构模型,进行有限元分析,对比在设计压力下的分析结果.结论认为优化后的结构应力值低,变形量很小,可节约材料 50%以上.

Abstract

The design structure of the large diameter square cone shaped air duct was improved,it is proposed that the design of the guide plate and the external reinforcement rib should be considered comprehensively for the air duct with a large proportion of length to width,with the help of the guide plate,the single air duct was separated into multiple cavities,so that the guide plate could bear the dual functions of the diversion and tensile load,in this way,the specification of the external reinforcement rib and the air duct wall plate could be greatly reduced.Use Solidworks software to establish the structure model before and after optimization,conduct finite element analysis,and compare the analysis results under design pressure.The conclusion is that the stress value of the optimized structure is low and the deformation is very small,which can save more than 50%of the materials.
