Pressure pipelines play a key role in industrial production,but due to the influence of various factors,safety accidents will occur,which must be paid great attention.In-service pressure pipelines must be regularly tested to ensure that the wall thickness and welds meets technical standards.With the continuous progress of science and technology,digital signal analysis,automatic imaging and other new technologies are integrated with ultrasonic detection technology、producing ultrasonic guide wave detection technology、diffraction time difference ultrasonic detection technology(TOFD),ultrasonic phased array detection technology,etc.,which are widely used in in-service pressure pipeline detection.Laser ultrasonic detection,electromagnetic ultrasonic C-scan detection,automatic ultrasonic detection(AUT)and other technologies have become the future development trend.
