Conduct studies on Russian laws and standards with regard to pressure vessel,introduce the special requirements and matters of certification in CU-TR from material,engineering and manufacture aspect.Make an explanation and comparation on important clauses related to industrial safety,such as material properties,non-destructive testing ratio,etc.Make a simple summary on clauses related to economical aspect,such as material allowable stress,hydraulic test calculation value,etc.This paper is aim to help equipment engineers understanding the procedure of pressure vessels exported to Russia.
