The leakage of boiler water-cooled wall tubes seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.During the operation of a boiler in an enterprise,the water-cooled wall tube was longitudinally cracked and leaked.Based on the macro morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis and mechanical property detection of the sampled water-cooled wall tube,combined with the service and operation of the boiler,the reasons for the leakage failure of the water-cooled wall tube were studied.Due to long-term overheating,the material performance of water-cooled wall tube is aging,and finally creep cracking occurs,resulting in leakage failure.According to the analysis results,the corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward to avoid the impact of the same type of failure on the safe operation of the boiler.
