The expansion joint is a structural element with limited service life.After the expansion joint has been used for a period of time,it will be fail.In this paper,an online monitoring system of the expansion joint was designed and developed by using wireless network sensing technology.The expansion joint were organically combined with the hot technologies such as IOT,big data and distributed software,etc.By experiment and engineering applications,the operating conditions of the expansion joint can be effectively real-time monitoring,and early warnings and alarms can be performed.
