Taking the magnetic coupling in a magnetic stirring reactor as an object,finite element models were established to analyze the maximum static magnetic torque.Based on the structural characteristics of the magnetic coupling,the visualized software for the magnetic torque simulation and calculation of magnetic couplings was developed with Ansoft Maxwell and Python.By reading the necessary parameters,the software can automatically complete modeling of the magnetic coupling and performing simulation analysis of the magnetic torque,which obviously improve the calculation efficiency.In addition,for a economy and lightweight design,the response surface optimization module in Ansys Workbench was used to optimize multiple parameters for minimizing the volume of permanent magnets.As a result,a response surface model about the volume of permanent magnets was constructed,and the MOGA genetic algorithm was coupled to obtain the optimal design parameters.
