基于Fluent的管道清管器起动力分析

油气管道经过一定的运行时间后会在管道内沉积各类杂质,严重时甚至会堵塞管道,影响管道的输送效率和输送安全,需要利用管道清管器定期清除各类杂质.清管器运行速度会影响清管器的清管效果和运行安全,通过开泄流孔的方式可有效调节清管器的运行速度,但泄流孔过大有可能导致清管器无法正常运行.以φ610 速度控制清管器为例,采用Fluent overset动网格技术分析泄流孔对清管器起动力的影响.分析清管器静止时泄流孔直径变化对起动力的影响,可判断带泄流孔的清管器能否正常起动;分析清管器运行速度对清管器前后端压强差的影响,可判断此运行速度下清管器能否正常运行.利用牵拉试验获取清管器的运行阻力,与Fluent分析结果对比可判断清管器能否正常起动和运行,通过工业现场试验验证了Fluent分析结果的可靠性.
Oil and gas pipelines will deposit various impurities in the pipeline after a certain operating time,and in severe cases,the impurities may even block the pipeline which will affect the transportation efficiency and safety of the pipeline.It is necessary to use pipeline pigging cleaner(PIG)to regularly remove the impurities.The running speed will affect the cleaning effect and safety of the PIG,and the running speed can be effectively adjusted by opening a discharge hole,however,excessive discharge hole may cause the PIG unable to run properly.Taking the φ610 speed control PIG as an example,Fluent overset dynamic grid technology was used to analyze the impact of discharge holes on the starting force of the PIG.The impact of changes in the diameter of discharge hole on the starting force when the PIG was stationary was analyzed,which could determine whether the PIG with discharge hole could start normally.The impact of the running speed of the PIG on the pressure difference between the front and rear of the PIG was analyzed,which could determine whether the PIG could run normally at the running speed.The running resistance of the PIG was obtained through pulling test,compared with the Fluent analysis results to determine whether the PIG could start and run normally.The reliability of the Fluent analysis results had been verified through industrial field tests.
