摘要

超低压蒸汽余热回收透平成套装备是一种新型蒸汽回收装置,能够实现对超低压蒸汽余热的高效回收.该装备内部流场在变工况运行过程时较为复杂,复杂流动诱发的振动会严重危害机组的安全运行.文章针对不同进汽流量下的蒸汽透平机组稳态流场特性和压力脉动特性进行了分析.研究结论显示,进汽流量降低时,流场出口处从末级动叶叶根开始出现回流,并且进一步从此叶根向叶顶以及次末级扩张;低流量工况下,末级叶片叶顶的动静叶间隙出现诱发振动的涡流,导致叶顶处压力脉动出现宽频带.

Abstract

Ultra-low pressure steam waste heat recovery turbine is a new type of steam recovery device that can achieve efficient recovery of ultra-low pressure steam waste heat.The internal flow characteristics within the turbine is relatively complex during variable operating conditions,and the vibration induced by complex flow can seriously endanger the safe operation of the whole unit.This paper analyzes the steady-state flow field characteristics and pressure pulsation characteristics of the steam turbine under different inlet flow rates.The research conclusion shows that when the inlet steam flow rate decreases,backflow occurs from the root of the last stage moving blade near the outlet,and the backflow expands from this blade root towards the blade tip and the second last stage.Under low flow conditions,vortex which will induce vibration occurs at the clearance between the moving and stationary blades at the top of the last stage blade,resulting in wideband pressure pulsation at the blade tip.
