摘要
由于海洋撬装往复式压缩机的实时监测不全面、智能化运维水平低,为提升海洋撬装压缩机的作业安全性,创建了往复式压缩机数字孪生系统.设计了海洋撬装往复式压缩机数字孪生系统五维模型框架,包括压缩机物理实体、虚拟实体、虚实数据交互、数据分析和作业逻辑预测.通过 3D MAX构建三维模型,建立Unity 3D虚拟场景,构建数字孪生虚拟实体,利用虚拟现实技术提升交互性;通过MODBUS协议等采集PLC可编程控制器的实时数据和历史数据,实现对压缩机作业的监测;采用PID控制逻辑对作业逻辑进行分析预测,预知压缩机的故障状态.通过应用案例论证了海洋撬装往复式压缩机数字孪生系统的可行性.较于传统的作业方式,数字孪生系统的应用能够显著提高海洋撬装压缩机的智能运维水平和工作效率,降低操作风险,并减少设备损坏和事故发生的概率.
Abstract
Due to the incomplete real-time monitoring of marine skid-mounted reciprocating compressors and the low level of intelligent operation and maintenance,a digital twin system of reciprocating compressors was created to improve the operational safety of offshore skid-mounted compressors.The five-dimensional model framework of the digital twin system of marine skid-mounted reciprocating compressor was designed,including compressor physical entity,virtual entity,virtual and real data interaction,data analysis and operation logic prediction.Build 3D models through 3D MAX,build Unity 3D virtual scenes,build digital twin virtual entities,and use virtual reality technology to improve interactivity;Collect real-time data and historical data of PLC programmable controller through MODBUS protocol to realize the monitoring of compressor operation;PID control logic is used to analyze and predict the operation logic and predict the fault state of the compressor.The feasibility of the digital twin system of marine skid-mounted reciprocating compressor is demonstrated through application cases.Compared with traditional operation methods,the application of digital twin system can significantly improve the intelligent operation and maintenance level and work efficiency of marine skid-mounted compressors,reduce operational risks,and reduce the probability of equipment damage and accidents.
