摘要

论述了国内外压力容器标准规范封头筒体厚度关键技术课题研究过程.针对压力容器封头直边增厚、封头名义厚度、厚度关系图、对接接头两侧不等厚钢板削薄过渡等关键技术存在的技术短板和缺陷,进行深入的基础理论和攻关研究,突破了关键核心技术,提出了符合工程实践的创新性的课题解决方案,攻克了国内外压力容器标准封头筒体厚度有关的关键技术难题,促使封头筒体厚度设计和加工制造的理论和实践更加协调、全面、准确、科学、合理、真实、可靠,有力地推动了我国承压设备高端装备制造的科技进步和产品质量安全可靠性的提高.

Abstract

The research process of domestic and foreign pressure vessel standards and specifications in the key technical topics of head cylinder thickness is discussed.In view of the technical shortcomings and defects of key technologies such as the thickening of the straight edge of the head,the norminal thickness of the head of the pressure vessel,the thickness relationship diagram,and the thinning transition of the steel plate of unequal thickness on both sides of the butt joint,the in-depth basic theory and refined innovation research were carried out based on the practical experience of the project,and the solution to the problem in line with the engineering practice was proposed,It has overcome the key technical problems related to the thickness of the standard head cylinder of pressure vessels at home and abroad for a long time,and made the theoretical and practical knowledge system of the thickness design and processing and manufacturing of the head cylinder more coordinated,comprehensive,accurate,scientific,reasonable,true and reliable,and effectively promoted the scientific and technological progress of high-end equipment manufacturing of pressure equipment in China and the improvement of product quality,safety and reliability.
