As an important fluid power equipment,the pump of chemical plant plays a key role in the production process.However,the traditional operation and maintenance mode of pump has some problems,such as low efficiency,hidden fault,high safety risk and high management cost.With the development of digital intelligence technology,less humanized and unmanned operation has become more and more the intelligent manufacturing transformation direction of modern factories.In order to improve the efficiency and safety of machine pump operation and maintenance,this paper studies the selection and application of intelligent inspection robot in the operation and maintenance of machine pump in chemical equipment.Through the analysis of key technologies,application scenarios,design and selection of intelligent inspection robot,the practical application in the operation and maintenance of chemical equipment pump is listed,and its advantages in improving operation and maintenance efficiency,reducing cost and reducing safety risks are discussed.
