压裂弯管冲蚀磨损数值分析

压裂管汇是整个压裂系统的血脉,在高负载、长周期的连续作业条件下,压裂管汇易发生刺漏、爆裂和密封失效等事故.管汇元件失效会严重影响压裂作业的进度,制约油气开采的效率和经济效益,甚至会威胁到现场施工人员的人身安全.文章建立了不同安装角度下的压裂管汇活动弯头三维仿真模型,研究了不同安装角度、颗粒的质量流量和粒径下压裂管汇的冲蚀磨损规律,并对影响压裂管汇冲蚀效果的结构参数进行多因素优化分析.结果表明:活动弯头当进出液口夹角θ为 120°时,压裂管汇的冲蚀磨损程度最低;颗粒质量流量和粒径越大,对压裂管汇冲蚀磨损影响越严重;经CCD响应面法回归分析,影响冲蚀磨损速率的因素权重为管汇直径>弯头角度>弯径比.
Fracturing manifold is the blood of the whole fracturing system.Under the conditions of high load and long period continuous operation,fracturing manifold is prone to leakage,burst and seal failure.The failure of manifold elements will seriously affect the progress of oil production,restrict the efficiency and economic benefit of oil and gas exploitation,and even threaten the personal safety of site construction personnel.In this paper,the three-dimensional simulation model of movable elbow of fracturing manifold under different installation angles is established,the erosion wear law of fracturing manifold under different installation angles,mass flow rate and particle size is studied,and the influence of structural parameters of fracturing manifold on erosion is optimized by multiple factors.The results show that when the inlet and outlet Angle θ is 120°,the erosion wear degree of fracturing manifold is the lowest.The larger the particle mass flow rate and particle size are,the more serious the erosion wear of fracturing manifold is.According to regression analysis by CCD response surface method,the weight of factors affecting erosion wear rate is manifold diameter>elbow angle>bend diameter ratio.
