The Preparation of o-Aminoanisole by Hydrogenation ofo-Nitroanisole with Pt/C Catalyst
Using o-nitroanisole as raw material,o-aminoanisole was synthesized by liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation process with Pt/C catalyst.The effects of different reaction conditions on its conversion rate and selectivity were studied.The optimal process conditions were determined to use anhydrous ethanol as the solvent at a reaction temperature of 80℃,the reaction pressure of 2 MPa,the Pt/C catalyst dosage of 0.01 g,and the reaction time of 2 h.Compared with the traditional sodium sulfide process and iron powder hydrochloric acid process,catalytic hydrogenation reduction process can effectively solve the problem of wastewater pollution,improve product yield and quality,reduce production costs,and easier to achieve automated production,which is a new green process with good industrialization prospects.
