摘要

针对尼龙纤维面料负氧离子释放/抗菌等问题,通过原位聚合法制备得到负氧离子尼龙纤维,研究了温度、湿度、光照及洗涤次数对负氧离子尼龙纤维负氧离子释放的影响.结果表明,原位聚合法负氧离子尼龙纤维安全性能达标,在温度为30℃,湿度达到50%以上时,其负氧离子释放量趋于较大值(1200~1300个/cm3).

Abstract

Aiming at the issues of negative oxygen ion release/antibacterial properties in nylon fiber fabrics,negative oxygen ion ny-lon fibers were prepared by in-situ polymerization method.The effects of temperature,humidity,light exposure,and washing times on the negative oxygen ion release of negative oxygen ion nylon fibers were studied.The results show that the safety performance of the in-situ polymerization method for negative oxygen ion nylon fibers meets the standard.When the temperature was 30℃ and the humidity exceeded 50%,the release of negative oxygen ions tended to reach a larger value(1200~1300/cm3).
