摘要

针对当前药物突释、利用率低和持续释放等问题,以海藻酸钠(SA)和羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)为成膜剂,采用流延成膜的方法制备了海藻酸钠口腔速溶膜,对其化学结构、透光性和水溶性进行了分析,得到最佳的SA和HPMC的成膜比例,在此基础上,负载盐酸苄达明(BH)制备海藻酸钠载药口腔速溶膜.结果表明,最佳成膜比例为w(SA):w(HPMC)=1:2;另外,当BH负载量为30%时,海藻酸钠载药口腔速溶膜力学性能最好,当负载量为40%时,其包封率和载药效率最佳,经济成本更好.

Abstract

In response to the current issues of sudden drug release,low drug utilization,and sustained drug release,sodium alginate(SA)and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)were used as film forming agents,and sodium alginate oral instant film was pre-pared by casting film forming method.The chemical structure,transparency,and water solubility of the films were analyzed,and the optimal film-forming ratio of SA and HPMC was obtained,and the preparation of sodium alginate loaded oral instant film with benz-damine hydrochloride(BH).The results showed that the optimal film-forming agent ratio was w(SA):w(HPMC)=1:2.In addition,when the BH loading capacity was 30%,the mechanical properties of sodium alginate loaded oral instant film were the best.When the loading capacity is 40%,its encapsulation efficiency and drug loading efficiency were the best,and the economic cost was better.
