Optimization and Renovation of Atmospheric Nitric Acid Plant
Taking the atmospheric nitric acid plant of Hangzhou Longshan Chemical as an example,the plant encountered difficul-ties in meeting environmental standards for exhaust emissions and unreasonable product structure during operation,the product structure of nitric acid and sodium nitrite is adjusted by adopting the optimization of nitric acid production process and the addition of the tail gas treatment equipment,which can reduce the production of sodium nitrite by 2 kt/a,and increase the production of nitric acid(mass fraction of 40％)by 4 kt/a.When the mass concentration of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas is less than 300 mg/m3,the problem of exhaust emission reaching the standard is solved.This method can provide reference experience for the renovation of similar atmospheric nitric acid plants in the same industry.
