负氧离子尼龙纤维的原位聚合工艺

采用原位聚合法,将液相研磨制备的负氧离子浆液添加到己内酰胺水解聚合反应中,制备得到较高负氧离子释放量的负氧离子尼龙6,将其切片、熔融纺丝得到负氧离子尼龙纤维.结果表明,负氧离子尼龙6的聚合反应(30 L)较优工艺条件为:催化剂磷酸的质量分数0.08%、去离子水的质量分数7%、负氧离子浆液的质量分数0.8%,乙酸的质量分数0.1%.制备得到的负氧离子尼龙纤维的负氧离子释放量为1380个/cm3,达到负氧离子高释放量指标.
In Situ Polymerization Process of Negative Oxygen Ion Nylon Fibers
By using in situ polymerization method,the negative oxygen ion slurry prepared by liquid-phase grinding was added to the hydrolysis polymerization reaction of caprolactam to prepare negative oxygen ion nylon 6 with high release of negative oxygen ions.It was sliced and melt spun to obtain negative oxygen ion nylon fibers.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for the polymerization reaction of negative oxygen ion nylon 6(30 L)were:catalyst phosphoric acid mass fraction 0.08%,deionized water mass fraction 7%,negative oxygen ion slurry mass fraction 0.8%,and acetic acid mass fraction 0.1%.The negative oxygen ion release rate of the prepared nylon fiber was 1380/cm3,which reached the high negative oxygen ion release index.
