Common Problems and Countermeasures of Safety Supervision in Chemical Parks
In response to the recent lack of significant improvement in the safety rectification of chemical industrial parks nationwide and the still prominent safety supervision issues,this paper analyzes the main common problems in safety supervision.Taking the practical experience of safety supervision in Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base as an example,through a series of precise optimization measures such as improving standards and regulations,coordinating planning and admission,improving public facilities,creating smart platforms,clarifying regulatory agencies,improving institutional systems,and enhancing regulatory capabilities,the chemical industrial park has reached a D-level low-risk level in the new round of comprehensive evaluation of chemical industrial parks,which effectively improves the intrinsic safety and sustainable development of the chemical industrial park as a whole,and provides strong guarantees for the healthy development of the chemical industry.
