摘要

为快速检测甲烷氯化物生产过程反应液中氯单质含量,以碘化钾为显色剂,将反应液中氯单质还原成氯离子,碘离子氧化成碘单质,通过目视比色法测定.通过建立标准色阶,考察显色剂用量,显色时间等对结果的影响.结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性,加标回收率在96.8%~103.3%,检出限为1 mg/L,操作简单,可满足生产紧急需要.

Abstract

To quickly detect the content of chlorine element in the reaction solution of methane chloride production process,potassium iodide is used as a chromogenic agent to reduce chlorine element in the reaction solution to chloride ions,and iodine ions are oxidized to iodine element,which is determined by visual colorimetry.By establishing a standard color scale,it investigates the effects of reagent dosage,color development time,and other factors on the results.The results show that the method has high accuracy,with a spiked recovery rate of 96.8%to 103.3%,a detection limit of 1 mg/L,simple operation,and can meet urgent production needs.
