针对聚乳酸(PLA)存在脆性高、韧性差、降解产物酸性较高等缺陷,聚三亚甲基碳酸酯(PTMC)具有机械性能较差等问题,以质量比为1:1的PTMC与PLA为基材,采用共混改性方法,羟基磷灰石(HA)为改性剂,研制PTMC/PLA/HA复合材料,进一步采用喷雾干燥法制备PTMC/PLA/HA复合微球.结构表征结果表明,成功制备了PTMC/PLA/HA复合微球;性能测试结果表明,PTMC/PLA/HA复合微球颗粒均匀、分散性好,平均粒径为5.2~7.7 μm,热稳定性高且热稳定性能随着HA含量的增加而先升高后逐渐降低.
Preparation,Characterization,and Properties of Poly(trimethylene carbonate)/Poly(lactic acid)/Hydroxyapatite Composite Microspheres
In view of the problems of high brittleness,poor toughness,high acidity of degradation products and poor mechanical properties of polytrimethylene carbonate(PTMC),a PTMC/PLA composite material was developed with PTMC and PLA with a mass ratio of 1∶1 as the base material,using blending modification method and hydroxyapatite(HA)as the modifier,and further using spray drying method to prepare PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres.The structural characterization results indicate that PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres have been successfully prepared;The performance test results indicate that,the PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres have uniform particles and good dispersibility,with an average particle size of 5.2~7.7 μm.They have high thermal stability,and the thermal stability performance first increases and then gradually decreases with the increase of HA content.
