Preparation,Characterization,and Properties of Poly(trimethylene carbonate)/Poly(lactic acid)/Hydroxyapatite Composite Microspheres
In view of the problems of high brittleness, poor toughness, high acidity of degradation products and poor mechanical properties of polytrimethylene carbonate(PTMC),a PTMC/PLA composite material was developed with PTMC and PLA with a mass ratio of 1∶1 as the base material, using blending modification method and hydroxyapatite(HA)as the modifier, and further using spray drying method to prepare PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres. The structural characterization results indicate that PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres have been successfully prepared; The performance test results indicate that, the PTMC/PLA/HA composite microspheres have uniform particles and good dispersibility, with an average particle size of 5.2~7.7 μm.They have high thermal stability, and the thermal stability performance first increases and then gradually decreases with the increase of HA content.
