超临界CO2萃取亚麻籽油工艺研究

探索超临界萃取技术在亚麻籽油工业生产中的应用,以亚麻籽为原料,以亚麻籽油为目标产物,首先对亚麻籽进行脱皮得到脱皮率≥99%的亚麻籽仁,然后通过使用超临界萃取技术,采用单因素法考察了超临界萃取时间、温度、压力和CO2流量对亚麻籽油提取率的影响.实验结果表明,当超临界萃取时间为2h、温度为40℃、压力为3 MPa、CO2流量为25 kg/h时,亚麻籽油的提取率为64.53%,α-亚麻酸质量分数为57.72%.另外,使用已脱皮的亚麻籽仁可大幅缩短萃取时间.
Research on Supercritical CO2 Extraction Technology of Flaxseed Oil
Exploring the application of supercritical extraction technology in the industrial production of flaxseed oil,using flaxseed as the raw material and flaxseed oil as the target product,the flaxseed was first dehulled to obtain flaxseed kernels with a dehulling rate of≥99%.Then,by using supercritical extraction technology,the effects of supercritical extraction time,temperature,pressure,and CO2 flow rate on the extraction rate of flaxseed oil were investigated using a single factor method.The experimental results show that when the supercritical extraction time is 2 hours,the temperature is 40℃,the pressure is 3 MPa,and the CO2 flow rate is 25 kg/h,the extraction rate of flaxseed oil is as high as 64.53%,α-linolenic acid is 57.72%.In addition,using peeled flaxseed kernels can significantly shorten the extraction time.
