Research on Supercritical CO2 Extraction Technology of Flaxseed Oil
Exploring the application of supercritical extraction technology in the industrial production of flaxseed oil, using flaxseed as the raw material and flaxseed oil as the target product, the flaxseed was first dehulled to obtain flaxseed kernels with a dehulling rate of≥99%.Then,by using supercritical extraction technology, the effects of supercritical extraction time, temperature, pressure, and CO2 flow rate on the extraction rate of flaxseed oil were investigated using a single factor method. The experimental results show that when the supercritical extraction time is 2 hours, the temperature is 40℃,the pressure is 3 MPa,and the CO2 flow rate is 25 kg/h,the extraction rate of flaxseed oil is as high as 64.53%,α-linolenic acid is 57.72%.In addition, using peeled flaxseed kernels can significantly shorten the extraction time.
