Investigation and Assessment of Groundwater Environment in a Solid Waste Treatment Site
With the extensive construction of urban domestic and industrial waste disposal sites,it brings risks to the health and safety of groundwater around the sites. This paper takes the groundwater pollution assessment of a solid waste treatment site in Ruyuan as the research background.Based on the analysis of site pollutant risk identification, reasonable groundwater pollution monitoring points are set up according to the groundwater flow direction, and major potential pollution factors and pollution concentration screening values are selected for test analysis and risk assessment,so as to clarify the groundwater environmental quality status of this plot. The monitoring results and the status quo, trend and risk of groundwater pollution were evaluated, and it was found that the buried ground and surrounding groundwater were not suitable for direct drinking or direct contact with residents, and no pollution was caused to the downstream sensitive points. It was suggested to timely monitor the groundwater environment in the downstream direction and carry out anti-seepage investigation and renovation.
