Research on Photocatalytic Ozone Treatment of Comprehensive Electroplating Wastewater
In response to the complex characteristics of electroplating comprehensive wastewater treatment,the ultraviolet(UV)photocatalytic ozone method is adopted to treat electroplating comprehensive wastewater and its process is explored and studied.The removal efficiency of dichromate index(CODCr)by ozone method and UV photocatalytic ozone method was compared,and the influencing factors of UV photocatalytic ozone method for treating comprehensive electroplating wastewater were investigated.The results show that the treatment effect of UV photocatalytic ozone method is better than that of ozone method.When the reaction time is 0.8 hours,the ozone mass concentration is 35~43 g/m3,and the pH of the wastewater is 7~8,the electroplating comprehensive wastewater treated by UV photocatalytic ozone method can meet the local wastewater discharge standards.
