摘要

针对Spherizone工艺中多区反应器内物料结块问题,通过分析静电结块、物料循环不充分、下降段吹扫不合理、反应器出料控制阀响应时间设定不合理、反应器内局部丙烯液化和单体原料含杂质、催化剂活性突变等6个方面的主要原因,提出了相应的改善措施.其中,包括调整Atmer163的流量、增加静电仪和超声波检测装置、优化出料控制阀响应时间、监控提升段压差等措施.通过这些措施的综合应用,可以有效地减少结块问题,提高反应器的稳定性和生产效率.

Abstract

In this paper,the problem of material caking in a multi-zone reactor in Spherizone process was studied.Based on the analysis of six main reasons,such as electrostatic agglomeration,inadequate material circulation,unreasonable purge in the downdraft section,unreasonable setting of response time of the reactor discharge control valve,local propylene liquefaction in the reactor,impurities in the monomer raw material and sudden change in catalyst activity,the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.Among them,the measures include adjusting the flow rate of Atmer163,increasing the electrostatic meter and ultrasonic detection device,optimizing the response time of the discharge control valve,monitoring the pressure difference in the lifting section,etc.Through the comprehensive application of these measures,the caking problem can be effectively reduced,and the stability and production efficiency of the reactor can be improved.
