介绍了近年来连续流技术在氧化反应中的应用,依据氧化剂的种类对氧化反应进行分类,并总结了连续流技术在不同氧化反应中的实际应用情况.氧化反应作为18种危险化工工艺之一,存在放热剧烈,燃爆风险高等安全性风险.传统的批次反应方式在处理这些反应的时,常常面临热量积累和返混的问题,从而增加了操作风险.连续流反应技术具有传热传质效率高、持液量小等优点,将其应用于氧化反应中,不仅缩短了反应时间,提高了反应收率,而且使反应过程变的更加安全可控,规避氧化反应中的安全风险.
Application of Flow Chemistry in Oxidation Reactions
The application of continuous flow technology in oxidation reaction in recent years is introduced.This paper categorizes oxidation reactions based on the types of oxidizing agents used and summarizes the practical applications of continuous flow technology across various oxidation processes.As one of the 18 hazardous chemical processes,oxidation reactions pose significant safety risks due to their highly exothermic nature and potential for explosions.Traditional batch reaction methods often encounter issues such as heat accumulation and back-mixing,which increase operational risks.Continuous flow reaction technology,with its high heat and mass transfer efficiency and small liquid holdup,etc.When applied to oxidation reaction,not only reduces reaction time and enhances yield but also makes the reaction process safer and more controllable,thereby avoiding the safety risks associated with oxidation reactions.
