啤酒糟热解制取生物油实验研究

啤酒糟是啤酒生产中最主要的副产品,产量巨大.为了使啤酒糟能量最大化利用,本文采用固定床对其进行热解实验,研究利用啤酒糟制取生物油的适宜操作条件.实验结果表明,在升温速率20℃/min、热解终温600℃时,生物油产率最高为46.79%(以质量分数计,下同),生物炭产率为30.68%,不凝气体产率为22.53%.此时所得的生物油热值最高为28.42 MJ/kg、酸值最低为96.41 mgKOH/g,生物油性能最好.研究结果表明,啤酒糟是制取生物油的良好原料.
Experimental Study on Bio-oil Production by Pyrolysis of Beer Lees
Beer lees are the most important by-product in beer production,and the output is huge.In order to maximize the energy utilization of beer lees,the pyrolysis experiment of beer lees was carried out in a fixed bed to study the suitable operating conditions for making bio-oil from beer lees.The experimental results show that when the heating rate is 20℃/min and the pyrolysis final temperature is 600℃,the highest bio-oil yield is 46.79%(in terms of mass fraction,the same below),the biochar yield is 30.68%,and the non-condensable gas yield is 22.53%.At this time,the highest calorific value of bio-oil is 28.42 MJ/kg,the lowest acid value is 96.41 mgKOH/g,and the performance of bio-oil is the best.The results show that beer lees are good raw materials for producing bio-oil.
