Study on the Treatment Effect of New Calcium/Aluminum/Lanthanum Adsorption Materials on Fluorinated Wastewater
A new type of calcium/aluminum/lanthanum adsorption material was prepared by co precipitation method. The preparation process of the adsorption material and the effect of adsorption conditions on the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater were studied. The results showed that the ratio of calcium/aluminum/lanthanum and the pH value of the prepared solution had a significant impact on the adsorption capacity of fluoride ions during the preparation of adsorbent materials. When the molar ratios of calcium, aluminum, and lanthanum were 1:3:2 and the pH value of the prepared solution was between 8~9,the adsorption capacity of fluoride ions by the adsorbent material was greater than 200 mg/g.When treating fluorine-containing wastewater with an initial concentration of 10 mg/L of fluoride ions, under the condition that the initial pH value remains unchanged, the optimal adsorbent dosage is 1.8 g/L,and the adsorption equilibrium time is 150 minutes. It has an efficient adsorption effect on fluorine-containing wastewater with pH values ranging from 2 to 9,and the concentration of fluoride ions in the effluent is less than 1mg/L.
