带蒸发空间的废热锅炉挠性管板设计的探讨

废热锅炉是利用工业生产过程中的余热生产饱和蒸汽的换热器.废热锅炉的结构通常可分为壳程自带蒸发空间和顶部设计汽包两种形式.废热锅炉的设计总体采用常规设计方法,挠性管板采用应力分析设计方法进行局部应力分析.本文依据《石油化工管壳式余热锅炉》(SH/T 3158-2009)对一台带蒸发空间的废热锅炉的挠性管板进行设计计算并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该废热锅炉挠性管板进行应力分析,分析中,对三个危险截面划路径,进行应力线性化处理和强度评定,结果表明,当挠性管板厚度取根据SH/T 3158-2009设计厚度圆整值时,挠性管板应力评定不合格.增加管板厚度后,重新对两种工况下的管板进行应力分析,结论合格.通过计算分析对比,建议对带蒸发空间的废热锅炉的挠性管板进行设计时,应采用有限元分析对挠性管板进行设计,以保证废热锅炉的安全稳定运行.
Discussion of the Flexible Tubesheet Design for Waste Heat Boiler with Evaporation Space
Waste heat boiler is a heat exchanger which uses the waste heat in the industrial production to produce saturated steam.The structure of waste heat boiler can be divided into two forms:the shell with its own evaporation space and the top with drum.Waste heat boiler generally adopts the traditional design,the local stress of flexible tubesheet was designed by stress analysis.According to SH/T 3158-2009"Tubular Waste Heat Boiler in Petrochemical Industry",the flexible tubesheet of a waste heat boiler with evaporation space is designed and calculated in this paper,and the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the stress of the flexible tubesheet,the stress linearization and strength evaluation were carried out for the three dangerous sections,The results showed that when the thickness of the tubesheet was rounded according to SH/T 3158-2009,the stress evaluation was unqualified.The stress analysis of the tubesheet under the two working conditions is carried out again after increasing the thickness,the conclusion is qualified.Through calculation,analysis and comparison,it is suggested that finite element analysis should be used to flexible tubesheet design of waste heat boiler with evaporation space,so as to ensure its safe and stable operation.
