摘要

根据现有的标准规范和安全管控要求,精细化工项目控制室、机柜间不能布置在甲、乙类厂房(车间)和仓库内.灵活配线的电子布线I/O取得防爆认证后,可以直接在甲、乙类车间爆炸危险性气体环境现场安装使用,就近接入仪表信号,但存在诸多不便.设计应采取必要措施,在甲、乙类车间内布置专用的远程仪表间,集中安置控制系统的电子布线I/O机柜.

Abstract

According to existing codes and standards as well as the safety control requirements,the control room and rack room of fine chemical projects cannot be arranged inside the Class A and Class B buildings(workshops)and warehouses.After obtaining explosion-proof certification for flexible wiring of electronic wiring 1/0,it can be directly installed and used in explosive gas environments in Class A and B workshops,and connected to instrument signals nearby,but there are many inconveniences.Necessary measures should be taken in the design to arrange dedicated remote instrument rooms in Class A and B workshops,with centralized placement of electronic wiring I/O cabinets for the control system.
