Application of Inclined Pneumatic Conveyor in Mineral Powder Conveying System
This paper mainly introduces the working principle,characteristics and limitations of the use,the inclined pneumatic conveyor for mineral powder conveying,the calculation of centrifugal fan equipment selection and the determination of conveying system process flow.It also emphasizes the installation and operation of the inclined pneumatic conveyor system.The results indicate that it is feasible to choose inclined pneumatic conveyor for mineral powder conveying.After the technical renovation,the inclined pneumatic conveyor system has achieved various design indicators.When the process requires a conveying capacity of 30t/h,after calculation the inclined pneumatic conveyor with an installation length of 16m,a 6 degree inclination angle and an XZ200(chute width 200mm)type can be selected.The parameters of the matching centrifugal fan are also calculated:air volume is 691 m3/h,air pressure is 3500Pa,and the high-pressure centrifugal fan model is determined to be 9-19N0.4A,equipped with a motor power of 3.0kW and a rotating speed of 2900r/min.This system has the advantages of simple configuration,low equipment wear,low maintenance,low energy consumption,no noise,safe and reliable operation,clean production,and easy change of conveying direction and multi-point feeding and unloading during the process of conveying materials in a closed inclined chute without transmission parts.
