Effects of Rich-Oxygen/Flue Gas Recirculation on Boiler Thermal Efficiency and Carbon Dioxide Capture
In this paper, the flue gas and air system of thermal power plant will be calculated and studied. After the flue gas system is treated, the oxygen will be recovered and used as a supplementary accelerant of air to participate in combustion in the boiler,so as to increase the oxygen content in the air, thus reducing the flue gas flow, thereby reducing the flue gas heat loss and improving the combustion efficiency of the boiler. At the same time, with the reduction of flue gas volume, the concentration of carbon dioxide increases, which can reduce the cost of carbon dioxide capture during flue gas treatment.Flue gas recycling is to make full use of the oxygen in the flue gas to participate in combustion, thereby increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide.
